Upgraded to Windows 10 & the entire computer freezes

We get hundreds of calls each day from people looking for assistance with their computer problems and with the recent Windows 10 launch, there has been a few issues that we think should be discussed.

Upgraded to Windows 10 & the entire computer freezes

It has been noticed that only few brands have been facing this issue's and Windows 10 has been working beautifully on some on the computer brands.
The issues are being faced on computer brands like Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Sony... and Windows 10 has been working flawlessly on Dell, HP, Toshiba. The reason could be the hardware configuration of the system and thus not everyone would find Windows 10 to be the next generation Operating System.

THE SOLUTION

If you are facing the same issue after upgrading to Windows 10, which means after the upgrade your computer froze and you are not able to do anything on the desktop then the only solution is to format the computer and take it back to the previous Operating System i.e. reverse the upgrade and downgrade it back to Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 whichever your system had earlier.

In order to do so, you can use the Recovery Disk for your laptop or desktop. The built in recovery partition may just not work as most probably the previous OS would have been deleted therefore the only way is to use the recovery disk and then reset the system back to the original state.

When we informed this to our customer's we found that many of our customer's did not have recovery media or say the original recovery disk.
So, the solution is simple... let us send you your original recovery disk. Just call Toll-Free 1-888-644-7795 or email us at info@pcsupport247.net please keep your Serial Number handy when calling or if placing the order via email provide us with your Name, Phone Number and the Serial Number.
Once we check the availability of your recovery disk which would be done within a minute, we can get the order shipped after order confirmation with you.
The cost of the recovery disk is $49.99 USD including shipping & handling.
